Despite certain restrictions laid out by Apple, we are still able to do on-site repairs for any out-of-warranty Mac. We were able to do AppleCare repairs on-site until recently, when Apple pulled our service contract, likely in an effort to funnel more NOLA CBD business traffic to the Apple Store.
Hence, if your machine is still covered by AppleCare (find out here), you should either make an appointment with the Apple Store or find the nearest independent AppleCare service provider (here).
